Service Description
Session 1: Introduction, interview and completion of tests Session 2: Profiling template and feedback, SWOT analysis Session 3: Vision stairway, vision crafting and key focus areas, GROW model discussion Session 4&5: Key focus areas, social, family, career, health, spiritual task setting table Session 6: Monthly Budgets and finance Session 7: Conflict resolution and decision making Session 8: Adversity quotient, energy test Session 9: Johari's window, emotional intelligence Session 10: Self awareness and self mastery Session 11: Motivation and empathy Session 12: Revision of session 1-11 My suggestion for one on one meetings after your personality analysis will be set out as follows in 1-3 hour sessions for 3 months Of course between each 3 hour session a revision and discussion of assignments and guidance for the previous session will be discussed and evaluated.
